The purpose of this proposed system is to create a “Business Management Information System, Module on Front Desk with SMS Notification for D. Art Sign Gallery Advertising” to ease the daily routine activities of the business process into an automated and computerized retrievable process. It will help the employee and admin create invoices, record customer’s information, accommodate billing transactions, generate reports and better notification management to its customers using SMS. The purpose of the proposed system is to increase the efficiency of the business operations by providing computerized access which allows better management of sales, records, and updates. The system will make tasks easier like the creation of invoices, tracking of payments and sales, sending reminders and recording payments.
