Hi Sir Walter and classmates, I would like to apologize for the super late response in your comment due to some school obligations. Going back to what I stated in my reflection, I strongly think that in order for nation to commit to working on diversity, everyone needs to feel that they will be included and important. Each person/nation needs to feel welcomed in the effort to create a diverse community. And each person/ nation needs to know that their culture, belief and policies are important to others.
