It includes a discussion of why it is a feasible business idea and provides information and tips such as how to check for potential competition, how to develop a business plan, and how to market yourself. Some of them may not discuss their business with you, but some of them might. You can get insight into how busy they are, and how busy your own business might turn out to be. Also, talk to computer businesses in town. Do they have computer repair techs? Do they need one? Do they need help with overflow or rush work? If you talk to current businesses in your community, you’ll not only find out how much demand there is for computer repair work, you may also build relationships that might turn into opportunities for your own business.”
