Examines concepts of colonialization and imperialism in the 21st Century and the role of the International Monetary Fund.
In this paper, the term “colonialism” is discussed in terms of a sociological definition and in historical contexts of colonial activity. The author of this essay also draws comparisons of colonialism between historical examples and contemporary capitalism.
