According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, obesity affected 39.8% of adults within the years 2015-2016.
The majority of us want to live long and healthy lives. I myself have struggled to maintain a healthy balance within my body. Often I’m out eating junk food or not doing at least 30 minutes of physical exercise like many of you. A healthy diet and exercise can go a long way for our body.
Often times I do wonder how I can improve my health. I’ve done research on related to health such as fitness advice, healthier food options, and diseases related to bad health.
Through this speech, I want to inform how living a healthy lifestyle can have many benefits. Some of the benefits of good health include less exposure to certain diseases, longer lifespans, and a stronger mindset.
