3.1.1. HR manager.
HR manager or director is the head of the HR department.HR manager is responsible for managing and supervising the employees in the company. The role of an HR manager is to manage, create, implement and oversee the policies/regulations.HR manager have to supervise the staff under his department too. (Anon, 2017c)
3.1.2. Recruitment manager.
Recruitment manager oversees the recruiting and human resource functions of the company. They are responsible for the advertising, interviewing, and select a correct candidates to job vacancy. Recruitment manager have to perform functions as the HR manager says. (Anon, 2017d)
3.1.3. Compensation manager.
Compensation manager is responsible for managing pay structure. They examine the market conditions and government regulations to ensure their pay rates of current and competitive. This will analyze data on wages and salaries, and they have to evaluate how their company’s pay structure compares with the other companies. They use them to maintain or develop pay scales for the organization. (Anon, 2017e)
