In contrast with the past, the society has been changing dramatically with the evolution of technology. Before the advent of technology, life was very onerous and everyone used to consumed too much of their time. With the booming technology, life has become very smooth and simplified everyone can access to the things easily whether it is education, medicine, industry or transportation. Due to the convenience and efficiency provided by technology, our lives have improved significantly. Modern technology has changed the scenario of the whole world. It has uplifted the industries to the utmost level and has been generated to much employment opportunities. Technology has been derived in countless ways and even it is emerging in business nowadays. Many companies using various forms of communication technology for running and production of the businesses but video conferencing is one of a kind. I found videoconferencing is one of the most appropriate method for the business communications.
So, Video Conferencing is a live call in which two or more people can see and talk to each other for the purpose of communication. Communication can be anything like talking with the friends, relatives and so on. Moreover, it even can be used for giving the presentation or training to the employees for the betterment of the company so that they can perform their duties and tasks more productively. So, talking about the videoconferencing in a workplace is the most effective tool most of the companies are using since long and is still in use to work both internally and externally. Basically, the benefits of video conferencing have been described in a numerous way as it includes very little cost for the training and development of workers anywhere in the world by providing more connectivity and greater flexibility. Secondly, many collaborative companies give presentation to the employees and workers through videoconferencing. Nowadays, it is becoming more and more useful and effective techniques in today’s era. Many electronic companies such as Apple, Microsoft and Google has made very easy by creating the video conferencing application for everyone both personally and professionally. So, this era of globalisation, world is coming together through technology. People want to live their life and get their work alone in comfortably and in as less time as possible. Through, video conferencing, companies can deal with each other more conveniently and can express themselves more elaborately. We can connect to anyone sitting in the workplace and deal with them without being physically there. That’s the magic of this technology. Companies can also provide orientation programmes and guide their employees using video conferencing where they don’t need to be physically available. Moreover, video conferencing makes remote business communication much more vivid and intuitive. It gathers employees and you in a virtual meeting room. You can easily keep an eye on the body language of other attendees like expressions and gestures to help you better understand what they express. Video conferencing helps remove business communication barriers and make business communication easy, vivid and productive by letting employees located in various places to see facial expressions and body language and hear voices.
This has made everything pretty convenient and time saving as in today’s world people are busy and they wish to save their precious time as much as possible.
