Business communication plays an important role in a gas station business, the convenient store receives a large number of deliveries in a day, and it is the manager??™s decision to decide what to receive and what not to receive and put up for sale. Setting up meetings or schedule to see the vendor is important and there are different ways to communicate with one another that is through e-mail, PDA, or fax. It is a good way to grow to know the vendor that way connections are made for the future if needed, in a way it is establishing good acquaintances and building relationships with the contemporaries. It also can be a good way to avoid falling into a scam from some vendors that can charge a higher price followed by another vendor. Maintaining good business communication is important because employees are capable of educating on how to gain good business communication with the costumers and remind them about the sales and the deals that are available on a car wash, beverages, candies, and alcohol. If a product can be promoted to every customer, the more they will buy and the sales and profit increase.

Not only will this do well for the business, but also it will keep the customer happy and more likely to return to the same convenient store.

The principal part of the business is how the employees address the customers with attitude, developing a negative attitude can lead to misunderstanding and conflict that will result the customer to leave and give his or her business to a different commerce. Equipments such as car wash and gas pumps need to be in up-to-date manner because if there are any technical issues it will definitely restrain the customer from returning. At hand will be obstacles which an employee will come across at times that is having items not ringing up at the register correctly, or if the gas pumps shut down immediately, another can be gas delivery not arriving on time not only can this be frustrating for both customers and employee. To tenacity this aspect it is important for the manager to send a positive message to the employee who will have them feel motivated.
